Who you are buying from
AdFender is made by AdFender Inc, a company registered in California, United States; who sells it to you is set out under The order process. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean AdFender Inc, and “you” means the person or organization buying a license.
By placing an order you accept these terms, our refund policy and the end-user license agreement. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.
The order process
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Fungies. Fungies is the merchant of record for every order placed through our checkout, and your receipt names the Fungies company that sold it to you.
That has two practical consequences worth stating plainly. Fungies takes your payment rather than us. The charge on your card or bank statement is labelled ADFENDER.COM, though some banks also show the name Fungies alongside it. And because Fungies is the seller, it is Fungies that charges and remits any sales tax, VAT or GST due where you live — see Price, currency and tax below. The company that sells to you is Fungies Inc. or Fungies Europe PSA, and your receipt says which.
You can raise an order question with us directly at support@adfender.com. Fungies, the merchant of record, also handles order and refund requests, using the contact details on your receipt.
What you are buying
You are buying a license to use AdFender 3.0 for Windows — a one-year license for the number of PCs in the plan you choose, delivered as one activation code. It is a license, not a sale of the software itself, and not a physical product: nothing is shipped.
- Every feature is included. There is no reduced edition and no paid add-on.
- Plans cover 3, 5 or 10 PCs at the same time, all with the same single activation code; your receipt states the number. For more than 10, write to sales@adfender.com.
- A PC beyond your plan’s number is refused. To move the license to a new PC, choose Deactivate this PC in AdFender on the old one, or, if the old PC is dead or lost, write to support@adfender.com. The total number of different PCs a code can be used on over its life is limited. How many PCs one code covers has the full rule.
- The term runs for one year from the first activation on any PC, not from purchase, so a code you activate later still gets its full year — but if you have not activated it within 12 months of buying, the year starts then.
- One term covers every PC on the code. A PC added later runs to the same end date, and PCs you never activate lapse with it.
- Renewing. A renewal is entered once, on any one PC, and every PC on the code picks up the new end date at its next check-in, up to the number of PCs the renewal covers; any others keep the old end date. Renewing before the end adds a year on top of the current end date.
- Updates. Through the term we ship product and filter-list updates at no extra charge; what you are entitled to is set out in the license agreement.
- Nothing renews on its own. There is no subscription: we do not store your card or bank details or charge you automatically for another year. When the term ends, you decide whether to buy another.
AdFender requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 and an internet connection. It is offered as a download; check that it does what you need during the free trial before buying.
Price, currency and tax
The prices are $24.99 for 3 PCs, $34.99 for 5 PCs and $54.99 for 10 PCs, in USD, plus any tax due where you live, and the price shown on the pricing page at the moment you order is the price that applies. We may change prices, but a change never affects an order already placed.
Because Fungies is the merchant of record, any tax due where you live is calculated, charged and remitted by Fungies. It is added to the price at checkout, shown before you pay, and itemized on your receipt.
If you pay from an account in another currency, the amount is converted and your bank may add its own fee, which is between you and your bank.
Delivery
Delivery is by email. When your payment completes, an order confirmation goes to the address you gave at checkout, from orders@adfender.com, carrying your activation code and instructions for entering it. It usually arrives within a few minutes.
If it has not arrived within fifteen minutes, check your spam folder for orders@adfender.com first, then recover your activation code, which re-sends it to the address you bought with. If neither works, write to support@adfender.com and we will find the order.
Refunds and cancellation
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every license bought through this website. The full conditions, how to claim, and the statutory cancellation rights that apply on top of it in your country are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
The software license
What you may and may not do with the software is governed by the end-user license agreement, which you also accept when you install AdFender. It is the document that carries the license grant, the restrictions, the warranty disclaimer and the limitation of liability, and it is not restated here.
One point from it is worth repeating because it bears on the purchase: activation codes are issued for AdFender 3.0. A code is for the PCs you use and those of your household or, if you bought for an organization, its employees and contractors; you are responsible for their use of it. Beyond that it may not be resold, published or shared.
The free trial
AdFender can be used free for 14 days, with every feature available. The trial needs no payment method and no account, and it does not turn into a paid license on its own — when it ends, filtering stops until you enter a code. Trying it first is the point: it is the honest way to find out whether AdFender suits the sites you use before any money changes hands.
Support and how to reach us

We answer by email. We do not operate a telephone support line, and we will never telephone you about an order or ask you for a password or a card number.
Privacy
What we collect, what stays on your PC and what we do with a purchase record is set out in the privacy policy. Fungies handles your payment details under its own terms and privacy notice, linked from its checkout; we never receive your card or bank numbers.
Who may buy
You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, and buying for yourself or for an organization you are authorized to bind. We cannot sell to anyone in a country the United States restricts trade with, and orders that the payment provider’s or our own fraud checks decline are cancelled and refunded in full.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms — to reflect a change in the product, in how orders are processed, or in the law. The version published here when you place an order is the one that governs it, and the date above says when this version was last changed. Changes are not applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California have exclusive jurisdiction. This matches the governing law and jurisdiction of the license agreement, so the two documents cannot be read against different law.
Nothing here takes away rights your local consumer-protection law gives you and does not let you waive. Where such a law gives you more than these terms do, that law applies — see the refund policy for the cancellation rights this most often affects.
Questions about these terms go to info@adfender.com.
