Recover your license

Enter the details from your purchase receipt. If they match a purchase whose license is still active, we’ll email your AdFender 3.0 activation code to the address you bought with.

The address you paid with. It may differ from the one you use day to day.

For a Fungies purchase, use the order number on your Fungies receipt; a # in front is fine. For a PayPal purchase, including AdFender 2.x orders, use the transaction ID on PayPal’s receipt.

If your details match an active license, the email usually arrives within a few minutes.

Before you look it up

Who it’s for
Anyone who bought AdFender, including an AdFender 2.x license that is still within its year. You’ll get an AdFender 3.0 code that runs to the same end date: looking it up never shortens or extends your term.
Same PC?
If you’re reinstalling on a PC where you activated AdFender before, you may not need this at all: AdFender picks your license up on its own after you install.
Free or complimentary codes
Codes that didn’t come from a purchase can’t be looked up here. Email support@adfender.com instead.
Email changed?
The lookup needs the address you paid with. If you no longer have access to it, email support with the order number from your receipt.
